Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Antares Capital, BlackRock, JLL, and Morgan Stanley, overseeing complex portfolios across major U.S. cities, South America, and Canada. His responsibilities have included managing operational budgets upwards of $90M, leading large-scale return-to-office initiatives, and executing relocations, lease negotiations, and real estate strategies that have delivered measurable cost savings and elevated the employee experience.

David’s leadership is grounded in cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decision making, and a deep understanding of client needs. His impact extends beyond his immediate teams, having led environmental sustainability initiatives, travel programs, and design reviews at the executive level.
