As Managing Partner at workIQ LLC, he provides strategic planning and project development expertise, helping organizations effectively manage initiatives, optimize workplace utilization and manage costs.
Previously, Saeid held leadership roles at Vialto Partners, Mitsubishi (MUFG), WeWork, Morgan Stanley and Citi, where he spearheaded portfolio & workplace strategies, capital project management and process transformation initiatives. A registered architect, Saeid combines design expertise with business acumen to drive impactful real estate solutions. Saeid is also an active thought leader, served as a lecturer at NYU’s Schack Real Estate Institute and contributes to industry organizations such as International Real Estate Group, IREG, and CoreNet Global.
